Welding

Welding is one of the key techniques in metallurgy and industry in general. We offer various welding processes which, when needed, we complement with modern technologies, with support from the planning phase to the finished product or installation. We weld metal using manual MAG/MIG, TIG, MMA and SAW processes. We own Varstroj and Daihen welding machines.

MIG/MAG welding

Uses a shielding gas as an external protection source — inert gases (argon) for MIG, active gases (carbon dioxide) for MAG. Suitable for steel, aluminium, stainless steel and other metals.

TIG welding

Uses a tungsten electrode with an inert gas (argon) as protection. Ideal for thin sheets, alloys, stainless steel and aluminium — precise heat control and high weld quality.

MMA (arc) welding

A versatile arc-welding technique for joining metals, suitable for various metals and thicknesses and for work in different conditions and positions.
